I track my macros to a tee so that is why I use a food scale because "Eyeballing" won't cut it.

I'm around 2100-2300 (Training days, Rest days and Refeed days). I lift 5 days a week with 5 cardio sessions on top of that. Currently cutting on a high carb, high protein and low fat flexible diet. Are you cutting or bulking?

If she's an active person and burns more than 200 calories 5-6 times a week then she'll need to up her calorie intake a bit. If she wants to lose weight fast that's cool but sooner than later, there will be metabolic damage.
