Ugghh I feel like I have massive legs/calves in contrast to the rest of my body; I feel so uncomfortable wearing shorts/skirts because of them. my thighs are 21'' and my calves are 15-15.5''

I try to stick to this formula.... carb intake = protein intake + fat intake. for example, if I have 100g carbohydrates, ideally i'd have 40g fat and 60g protein. That's worked well for me; I never feel hungry and I lost most of my weight eating 1200 calories. I'm no expert but it worked for me! lol

I did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and saw a ton of results with that :) other than that, I've just stayed consistent with eating well and being more active.

Absolutely does get easier lol. The first time I ever did it, I was dying just doing jumping jacks. I have since finished the 30 days and now I'm starting it over again, only this time I find that the jumping jacks are way too easy so I've been adding 5-10lb weights to the cardio moves lol

1000-1500 I know a lot of people here look down on people who eat 1200 calories per day or less but I've never been hungry eating in this range. When I am hungry, I eat more and on days when I'm less hungry I take multivitamin supplements.

oh god no haha I only do one level at a time. I've done the entire video a couple of times (only after a few cocktails for encouragement lol) but one level at a time seems to be sufficient.

thank you! I do Jilian Michael's 30 Day Shred video most days (but I add 5lb weights to all of the cardio moves) and I walk as much as I can. I'll do 30 minutes on my elliptical machine every once in awhile but not often enough to say it's part of my regular routine.

haha I cant even find a pair of boots to comfortably fit my huge calves :( so I just avoid skinny jeans which is unfortunate because they come in really cute bright colours that I haven't been able to find in other cuts.
