There's one from each catagory of healthy food (vegetable, fruit, meat, nuts/seeds)
Actually, I consider any whole food heatlhy.
If it comes from the ground, a tree, or has minimal or no processing it is healthy.0 -
Some of my favorites include Chobani's pineapple Greek yogurt, guacamole, baked sweet potatoes, peanut butter, and baked zucchini chips.0
