I am on 125 I put a lot of weight on but have joind MFP and watching what I eat and have lost 2 stone,It hard to loose it with thyroid problems

I joined a eat well course and the first thing they say is Eat 3 meals a day to start with many people only eat 2 starts your metabolism hope this helps I have lost 2 stone since starting it x

I think Mr Atkins died of a heart attack didnt he wouldnt try that diet

Try and not have things with high sugar in them becauce you will be going up and down alday

One thing you must do is eat 3 meals a day I have just been on a eat well course and its working for me

I have lost 1st 12lb and I dont do any exersizes except walk 50 mins per day if it dosnt rain ha ha add me if you wish Joyce

jsut stick to your calories you will be fine I have lost 1stone 12lb and feel great Joyce

I count mine only because there is a lot of sugar in carrots and cabbage hope this helps
