I tried a lot of the "natural" fixes, the right diets, the motivation for my thyroid also. None of them worked very well if at all. I am on medication for mine now and it is still a struggle. I started MFP August 1st. I did not commit the way that I should or wanted, so my goal for September is to get back on my fitness trail and stay committed! Work out 3 days a week for 15-30 minutes. Drink my water every day. Keep my expectations realistic.
