I did test my polar ft7 with my bodymedia and I was very happy to see there was only 1 calorie difference.. I did a turbo fire hiit session when I did this.

For me it was around the 30lb mark.. but then again it was winter and with the coats and stuff I guess it was hard to tell but when spring rolled around and the coats came off, EVERYONE noticed and commented.

I just got a bodymedia fit.. It tracks your calories burned all day and links up with MFP for food. I have started following the bodymedia site for my caloric burn and intake.. I can watch my deficit on my phone, and it track steps and sleep etc.. this way you know exactly what you burn.

Your NET should be no less than 1200 cals.. you have to take into consideration all the exercise you are doing..if you don't fuel your body it tends to not be happy.

When I started I was 234lbs I am 5'4" and 44.. I believe I was eating 1800 cals or so... now that I am using my bodymedia fit it says I should be eating about 1900... MFP had me down to 1600..

Sorry, I meant Calories allowed for food. I am not to worried about the burn..I will go with what BMF says since it tracks all day.. but BMF says to eat 1900 cals a day and MFP 1600... plus whatever adjustment there is which ends up being over 1900 cals.. I did Zumba almost every day..only because I loved it and did weights 3-4 days a week.. I alternated days for arms,shoulders and legs,back. Both did wonders for the 50lbs I lost.

During my cardio workout,where I seriously busted butt..I could burn 500 cals in about an hour.. so I was hoping this wasn't too far off.. Even if i cut in half.. I am happy with 600 cals burned. It is a job but right now since it is winter, it isn't a daily thing..in the summer I will adjust it.

last year before I got sick, I lifted weights 4-5x a week and did cardio 5-6x a week.. I lost 50lbs in 9 months and didn't deprive myself of anything..

I also noticed a change in in my shoe size..went from 9 to 8.5 and don't think I need a wide either..they are much roomier.

I thought it was high but you pretty much did the same thing and the burns are similar so maybe it was dead on.. Would like to see if any others have any similar experience. I will probably wear it a couple more times to see if does the same thing. I know my body feels like it burned that much..

I started with both, the gym for weights and wii for Zumba.. now I mostly do all my workouts at home.. you have to do what is going to motivate you the most.

Yeah, I was in shock in too.. I think just being on our feet for hours at a time and constantly moving burns a lot of calories.

Squats are great for your butt.. there are a few different types to do and variations... sumo, legs closed, back leg kicks with lift.. etc..

You just do what works for you.. I use shakeology form time to time.. The chocolate is my favorite.. almond milk, banana and natural peanut butter is heaven in my vitamix. Congrats on your weight loss and don't let what others say discourage you..If you like it, can afford it..keep using it..

It took me a week before I could get pass the warm up without break.. I loved the seeing how much I improved each day.. Keep it up. and keep the I can do it mentality, you're gonna need it for month 2...

I am pre also and struggling with a bloat every 2 weeks because my cycle is off.. Glad I lost half my goal before this started. I have a feeling the 2nd half will be much harder.

I lost 50 last year and it took me 10 months..some months I lost most..but I avg about 3 lbs a month on the 2nd half of the year.

I was a tight 18 at 234lbs but I am only 5'4.. I am a 14 now and weight 190lbs. Your looking good so keep it up!
