BMF or MFP Calories
Should I go by the calories BMF recommends to eat or should I go by MFP.. I know I can adjust them to make them match but I am more curious as to which ones I should follow and which one would be more beneficial.

Does it matter type of exercise when calories are burned?
The reason i ask.. is I am doing Insanity but rarely burn 400 calories a session..and when I did Zumba I would burn close to 500 in the same amount of time. I was curious..to those who finished Insanity and did it on schedule, 6 days a week....did you do any other workouts with it? Like lift weights or other cardio? Or were you just too pooped?

What body type loses belly fat more?
I am a pear shape with a pretty big belly. I have lost some of it but much more to go. Does the apple shape body which tends to have more stomach than thighs lose their belly faster or do you think it is pear shape that does???

Does this really work? Has anyone tried it with positive results? I figured the calories would all wash in the end if you figure you weekly need and divide it by 7 days and just adjust the numbers so you stay within your range..

One year difference almost same weight...

How many calories do you try to burn?
during a single cardio workout? I have a HRM and always try to get 350-500 or more depending on what cardio I am doing. Today I was under 300 but I think my body was telling me it needs a break so I really did a light workout.
