BodyMedia Fit Questions..calling all user for your expertise

I just purchased a bodymedia fit and I have read a lot of past threads on there but still have questions..

1. My caloric intake is off about 600 calories between both sites. MFP says 1600 and and BMF say around 2200.. should I make them match or just follow one..but which one?

2. Do you track both sites or just one?

3. Regarding exercise.. I saw the bodymedia adjustment on MFP..so do I eat those calories back and just keep tracking the deficit on BMF.

There is just so much information that I want to make sure I do it right. I am thinking I might use MFP just for food logging but I am curious to know if other have had much success following BMF guidelines for losing weight.
