Zig Zagging, Staggering, Cycling Calories..

Does this really work? Has anyone tried it with positive results? I figured the calories would all wash in the end if you figure you weekly need and divide it by 7 days and just adjust the numbers so you stay within your range..

From what I've read, cycling calories doesn't help you lose weight but can keep a weight loss program more interesting for some people. For me, I pretty much just try to make sure that at the end of the week, my calories are right. I don't worry about a little over one day or under another. It has worked for me so far.

I am in the same camp as Cristina.

I have always worked to a weekly total, some days under, some days over, which has allowed me to incorporate some high calorie meals when I've wanted to indulge.

    Have fun with your food!

Does it work in what sense? What are you trying to accomplish?
