It is harder to lose weight after 40... especially when menopause is around the corner. I lost 50 last year and am working on the last 40 but am seeing some hormonal changes if you catch my drift and I swear it is harder this year than last.. I am constantly bloated for one.. When I was doing Zumba, I weighed over 200lbs and gave it my all..I loved it.. I averaged about a 400-500 cal burn..HR never really went over 170...

LOL..my only experience with Plyo is when I did Insanity and I hated it..some of the hardest exercises I have ever done.

I love #6.. gravity is NOT my friend nor do I want to be as thin as I was.. My goal weight is actually about 20lbs higher..it was the weight I was when I first considered myself getting fat.. ahhh..to be that fat, again..

as long as you're still in a deficit. I eat sweets everyday..cookies or cake or some but make sure it is logged. I would continue to eat the same food you plan on eating for the rest of you life...just in moderation.

I have a green smoothie almost everyday, sometimes as a meal replacement or snack.. I love them..

My BMF doesn't read my sleep pattern accurately.. it doesn't bother me.. It shows that I am up out of bed for like an hour every night when I know I am not. I think I sleep in some weird position that my BMF isn't making contact.

I drive a school bus so I am tracking my calories burned during those runs and what the burn in is on days that I lift weights before I afternoon run.

A bodymedia fit would work best for your daily burn.. It tracks everything you do throughout the day,even when you sleep.

why can't you? I use my HRM when BMF when I work out just to compare the stats.

I should mention that they have my deficit set for 750.. I avg right around it but I can honestly say I don't every feel like I am starving..If i am hungry, I eat.

I tried some Dannon for the first time this weekend and could definitely taste the fake sugar in it but couldn't in the mueller..

MFP says I burn 1800 or so calories a day on sedentary life style and say I need a 500 cal deficit.. I can't do 1300 cals.. I did get a bodymedia fit and found that on avg day I burn 2600 cals with no exercise and around 3000 with some. They recommend I eat at least 1900 cals a day.. that is 600 more than MFP.. needless to…
