All of a sudden hungry for an early breakfast..
For as long as I can remember I never ate early. I usually am up about 5:30, have some coffee and don't get hungry until between 9 and 10am .. WOW...just looked at my measurements
I was just entering my measurements for the first time and realized how fat I got.. OMG.. my thighs are bigger than my waist used to be... lets just say long long ago..my waist was 24" and now my thighs measure larger than that...HOLY cow... Talk about motivation..

how often you do your measurements?
I finally decided to measure myself and was wondering how often I should check them, once a week, every two weeks or once a month. I weigh myself daily ( I know alot of you don't BUT I do) so I don't have a particular weigh in day.

Finally got brave enough to use free weights..
today on my arms and shoulders... and boy do they hurt more than before.. I think it helps that my I am in a super small town and have a virtually empty gym...

And should I have one.. Right now I Zumba ALOT and lift weights 4-5 days a weeks.. I use the machines mostly.. I still weigh over 200lb and am slowly losing it.. My people at the gym said let me know when I am ready to up my weights and they will work with me but I am wondering if I should start a weight lifting program…

Is it okay to do Cardio everyday??
I also do weights on the weekdays but I was wondering if doing cardio everyday is too much or does my body need a break from that.. I can probably do it for a shorter period but I so get the urge to do it everyday.... (this is a first for me)...
