OMG. You poor thing. I can't imagine what you've been through. All of that sounds like a horrific nightmare and I can see from your pictures that your positive vibe, strong spirit and smile saw you through it all. I have Hashimoto's with complications (after several years they still can't find the right level of…

O.M.G. You rock. I don't know if I can ever rock as much as you.

I fell off the wagon three months ago and gained back all the weight I lost! All we can do is get right back on the wagon.

I've learned that one day when you're wrinkly and old, you will want your 'youth' pictures whether you were overweight or not, because you'll be nostalgic about when you were younger and weight won't matter as much. Keeps this madness in perspective.

Wow, what an INCREDIBLE achievement! You go girl!

Very impressive! Enlighten me pls what is 30DS?

Thanks guys. I'm thinking I need to do what Shana did and avoid social gatherings around food. I know how to make wise choices but I don't make them. I do not have self control. When I have a normal day - work gym home - I'm totally fine.

Yes! I'm a former WW Lifetimer. About ten years ago, I lost 80 pounds on WW and kept it off for a few years, then 60 crept back up. I tried for two years to get back into WW, but it didn't work form! I think MFP is it though. I only started three weeks ago, but it seems to work. Fingers crossed!

Hi, I have one every day for breakfast. Keeps me tied over til lunch. I notice when I don't have one - I get hungrier earlier!

Scott, keep at it! You can do it!

Definitely see a urologist. It could be a common bladder infection (urinary tract infection), overactive bladder or interstitial cystitis. All of them will need to be treated. It's not ok to be waking up 4 times at night. Go get yourself checked out....

I'm 5'3. At this height, you look great anywhere from 118 to 135. At 118 you're stick thin. Size 2. At 135, you're thin. Size 4. I know this from past experience -- not the present! :)

Thanks everyone. Fingers crossed!

Thanks! I hope European users have been uploading info in grams...

Oh yes I know what you're talking about!

i have plantar. The podiatrist said shoes need to be replaced once a year and sooner if you're a runner. He also recommended "Superfeet" insoles - cost $44ish.

I just got it recently and just went to the podiatrist. You need to stop running. It makes it worse. My podiatrist recommended to me to get insoles that are called "Superfeet." They come in different colours. I got the plum ones - they worked the best for me. Get a firm, structured pair of sneakers like New Balance or…

I haven't red the whole string, just your post, and I'm pretty sure that your referring endo wrote something in your referral that made you sound like a difficult patient. Dump the current one, get a new one. No referral docs. Fresh start. Don't give up until you find one! Even if you have to go through 4 or 5. Don't stop…

Me too I have 50 to lose! Friend me :)

THANKS everyone! That gives me some food (or shake?) for thought! I'll look into this over the weekend!! I was looking for a meal replacement shake, I guess, that's low-cal and filling. I'm an on-the-go kind of person and can easily fall off the wagon if I'm running around and there's nothing healthy to eat that's readily…

Eat the sandwich! I hope by now you've eaten it. :) You've got the calories left, and it doesn't matter when you eat it. You're not supposed to eat immediately before working out, and it's best not to eat a heavy meal before going to bed. But if you're starving you can definitely have your sandwich and tuck yo'self in…

I bought my fitbit last weekend and am on Day 3 of using it. It doesn't sync my data with MFP. It's been a real problem to make the data appear on MFP. Look on the community board's "tech support and problems" -- you'll see dozens of people reporting all kinds of problems.

That's a good one to live by -- if today wasn't good, get right back on track tomorrow. :)

I'm pushing 40!! Almost there! Feel free to add me!

AMK, congrats on your 24#s lost! That's awesome! And Naveah -- 100 jumping jacks a day is very impressive! I did an hour of spinning today and an hour yesterday. But at dinnertime I kinda fell off the wagon, I was so hungry. :( Will try not to let that happen again!

Yohooo!!!! :)
