@marieegg - There is a support group on MFP called Weight Watchers International. I'm not sure if it is still active though. Do you know anything about that?
-
Is this still an active group? If so, I would be interested in joining since I just restarted with WW and have been using MFP since January 2016. I really need to lose this weight and implement a healthier lifestyle!
-
@marieegg - I'm been actively tracking on MFP since March 2016. My weight has bounced back and forth without significant loss. I joined weightwatchers via website today and will begin attending the meetings on Saturday this week. I will not get my access code for online until the meeting. But, I would love to receive any…

@ShrinkinMel - what is PCSO?
-
@rokos2 - how did you calculate the range of calories you consume with goal of weight loss?

Please feel free to add me. CW: 186.8 GW: 135 @AmyLouPelt - I definitely hear you! I'm not fond of cooking either, especially since it is only me and my husband. It's very hard to scale down my cooking when I've always had a large family of good eaters to cook for in the past. Support and possibly sharing ideas for meal…

@sharondtd - so thankful that your surgery went well. I ditto all the previous posts - take care of yourself and allow your body to heal. Sending warm hugs to you this morning!
-
@retirehappy - Thank you. I really appreciate you! You are always positive and you add so much to this group.
-
@retire_happy - should this get moved forward to June? :)
-
@retire_happy & @sharondtd - I hear what you are saying! I'm not sure why it is so hard to let go of "stuff". The memories will always remain - but I will begin cleaning out rooms, drawers, spaces and find things that have not even been touched for years. I just can't seem to part with some of them! I still have my old…

Lost 1# this week. Gonna keep tracking and moving!
-
@sharondtd - You seem to have a well thought-out plan. Stay positive and feel better soon!
-
@sharondtd - Much success with your surgery and hoping that your body heals quickly!

What is the AIP diet?
-
@Cheesy567 - thank you. I will use this calculator and follow the good advice you gave me.
-
@Cheesey567 - I am interested in the BMR link if you can find it. Thank you!
-
@yeyates - I'm going to look for that book. Thank you!
-
@DreamOn145 - I'm very interested in your success with AIP! I have read a little about it, but just can't seem to take the final plunge. I definitely think it would help with my RA! June goals for me include: (1) 10k steps daily (2) organized exercise/weight training activity 5 days/week (3) 64oz water daily in addition to…

Ouch! Hope you are better soon!

I'm meeting my exercise and step goals most every day. Unfortunately, my weight is staying stable and I am not really seeing losses. But, I will keep on course!
-
I would be interested also to know about the AIP.

I am just thankful! With Memorial Day coming up this weekend, I pause and reflect on all my blessings such as family, home, friends and my freedom!! May I never take any of these for granted or forget the sacrifices others have made for me!

I have joined this group today after reading your posts. I was referred to a rheumatologist about 6 months ago with joint pain in knees, toes, hands and hips. I also was diagnosed with dry eyes. So far all the specific tests for RA, Sjogren's, etc have been negative except I definitely have an increasing autoimmune value.…

@nowine4me - for me, it has been extremely difficult to lose weight with menopause. And, much easier to gain weight! I have had to increase my calcium intake and make sure that I am getting enough weight-bearing activity too.
-
@ SugarDarlin1959 - sounds like you have made a great plan and have acted on it! Good for you!! My eating is also a work in progress, but definitely keeping at it is much better than giving up!
