so you think its just retaining water/food.. my sleep has been so off.. I try to average 6-8hours but my body is used to getting at minimum 10hours on my days off... like theres no way i could have gained 4lbs when Ive been so good with my diet

thank you everyone for all the great tips!..Ive been eating dinner before I go to work and eating light or snacking on my breaks.. I think now I will start eating my dinner on my first lunch break which is usually around 1:30-2:30 depending on the day!

i use seasoned italiian breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs.. bake in a 400F oven with a little olive oil

LOL i feel the same way.. and he brings home all my favorites LOL its like he wants me to stay fat but I love him haha ..lately..if he does bring something home.. I'll eat half and get him to eat the other half (so I'm not tempted later LOL)

day 3 - 20 squats .. COMPLETE! BAM! I did them while I did the 30DS dvd lol hope that still counts :)

did you have to stop and rest a few times the first day? I felt like I was stopping or slowing down often to catch my breath
