Vitamin D3 for weight loss?
I heard that Vitamin D3 helps aide weight loss (speeds it up a little). I'm wondering if anyone has or is taking Vitamin D3 and if they've noticed a significant difference at all in their weight loss? Also, if you are taking it, how much daily?

HELP! working overnights is ruining my weight loss goals..

tracking calories burned?
I worked out for 36mins on the eliptical and the machine says I only burned 253 calories but when i calculate my calories burned based on my average heart rate, I burned 419 calories Which is more right?

My doctor suggested I go on a low-carb diet.. I tend to eat normally around 100-130 carbs a day but need to get down to 50 or less carbs. What are some of your meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

I started 30DS a few days ago but only did day 1 then skipped 3 days (we started on the 24th..i started on the 22th) . I did it again today.. should I say today is day 1 or day 2 for me? 30DS but I have no weights
I know that with the video you need to use free weights but I unfortunately do not have a set at the moment and can't go out and buy some. Is there anything else I could use or just avoid using the weights for now? we gave a bow flex (that Im a little scared to use) but I would like to start using that for building muscle

mini burritos for lunch/snack?
I'm a big fan of fajitas and making burritos with refried beans..is this healthy? I use small whole wheat tortillas, a tablespoon of refriend beans, 1 tsp marble cheese, 1tsp sour cream and jalepenas,,,or I will add chicken and lettuce to beef it up! they come out to being around 200-250 calories each but theyre delicious…
