mini burritos for lunch/snack?

I'm a big fan of fajitas and making burritos with refried beans..is this healthy? I use small whole wheat tortillas, a tablespoon of refriend beans, 1 tsp marble cheese, 1tsp sour cream and jalepenas,,,or I will add chicken and lettuce to beef it up!
they come out to being around 200-250 calories each but theyre delicious and filling

I make something similar for dinner, but mine come in at around 350 calories for 3; Its a regular dinner for me.
I use veal mince, four bean mix, weight watchers sour cream, capsicum, baby spinach, salsa, and gluten free tortillas (I'm a coeliac so can't have any gluten). I opt out the cheese because of the calories most days; I'm allowed the cheese if I've worked out hard.0
