Hello all.. I need some tips and ideas to jump start my weight loss again.. I started off with a good start in January but then started working the overnight shift at my new job.

Since then I have basically stayed at the same weight and havent lost any.

I have increased my sleep, and have been eating lots of salads and chicken breast and trying to stay away from unhealthy/sugary foods. I need to try to make time in my schedule to work out.......it takes me 2 hours to commute to and from work so I basically have 9 hours to myself to sleep, eat and get ready for work.

Any and ALL suggestions would really help! I need to lose 60lbs!

Also do any diet programs (atkins, 8-hour diet etc) have or are they working for you?

thanks :)

You don't jump start weight loss and you don't have to exercise to lose. If you're not losing anything in 2 months then you need to review your food intake. It all comes down to calories in/calories out. Working the night shift doesn't change that, there's still 24 hrs in a day.
