working overnights, weightloss has stalled!

Hello all.. I need some tips and ideas to jump start my weight loss again.. I started off with a good start in January but then started working the overnight shift at my new job.

Since then I have basically stayed at the same weight and havent lost any.

I have increased my sleep, and have been eating lots of salads and chicken breast and trying to stay away from unhealthy/sugary foods. I need to try to make time in my schedule to work out.......it takes me 2 hours to commute to and from work so I basically have 9 hours to myself to sleep, eat and get ready for work.

Any and ALL suggestions would really help! I need to lose 60lbs!

Also do any diet programs (atkins, 8-hour diet etc) have or are they working for you?

    When i worked nights (for 13 yrs) Id get home about 8 a.m, i had a hr. commute...I'd try to crash out after my shower then I'd get up and do my workout first thing (this is where i for better words started my day) You just have to schedule it in like an appointment and get it done......Also figure up your TDEE and eat at a deficit.....write EVERYTHING down and know exactlly what your putting in your mouth.
