I'm so sorry I never replied to this. What has been working for me is forcing myself to drink 2 glasses of water when I wake up and I can better control what I eat. It also helps me get the water I need during the day.

I love green tea and I have noticed that I am less bloated now that I drink it regularly. To counter the earthy taste I sometimes add a lemon tea bag.
