Nasty. I prefer black tea and in particular Chai with the extra spices.

I love green tea and I have noticed that I am less bloated now that I drink it regularly. To counter the earthy taste I sometimes add a lemon tea bag.

Just saying "Green Tea" is like saying "Beer".

If you are truly interested in the health benefits, I recommend you do some research first on tea in general and second on which tea is beneficial when. All tea is beneficial to some degree depending on what your goal is. I prefer White Tea (Silver Needle) and Oolong.

I make a pitcher of iced green tea for the week. When trying to cut weight, I have a glass of it in the morning and go on a moderate run / jog before eating. It's pretty delicious with a splash of milk and a spoon full of stevia. It's also damn good for energy before any of my other workouts - lifting, fighting, whatever.

    Big fan.
  • green tea is amazing when it is steeping in water with fresh ginger :)

Nasty but still drink it 4 times a day natural.
  • It boosts metabolism and it clears you skin. And it doesn't taste that bad. ^-^

I love it- It always makes me feel better, uplifted, relaxed. Plus I've read several times that it increases your metabolism and it's loaded with antioxidants.
