While I agree detoxes are trash and your body detoxes itself as needed....the Super Colon cleanse works very well for cleaning out your colon.....I just did it for a week and WOW....I also eat pretty clean and work out regularly, as well as drinking a gallon of water a day which helps greatly. I eat about an hour or 2 after dinner......usually nonfat greek yogurt to fill me up......going to bed hungry is no good. be sure to have healthy options available to you arent tempted to be bad :-)

Some of my workout pants and capris are kinda see through oops so I make sure I wear dark colored panties. But I also agree that if this truly bothers you then you are in the gym for the wrong reasons. The gym is a place to feel comfortable and get your workout on....not a fashion show, club nor professional work…

I actually schedule a snack after dinner....usually around 8pm or so. This snack is usually some nonfat greek yogurt, high in protien, no fat, low carb and generally low cal....this helps me with late night cravings. I also drink tons of water and the occassionally unsweetened green tea.

You can't out exercise a bad diet.....maybe at first but eventually it will catch up with you

Most likely it is muscle. I lost over 100lbs about 2yrs ago....since then I have started heavy weight training....in this I have gained about 5-10lbs but all of my clothes still fit the exact same. Remember muscle and fat weigh the same BUT muscle takes up less space and is more compact.

i do the same 3 day split as you do....i do dead lifts on my leg days....i work out anywhere between 5-6 days a week.....rotate the 3 days. for each muscle group i vary the exercises each day so i wouldnt do the same type of dead lifts every leg day....muscle confusion!!

Any more than 2 rest days per week and yes I feel guilty....I am a single mom who is also a special education teacher....exercising is my stress relief and my me time....I need it to stay sane :-)
