Everyone is different....workout as long as your body and or schedule allows. I suffer from migraines as well.....try and get your doc to change your medication....they are usually willing to help out especially if you have side effects....such as extreme weight gain

Greek yogurt Quest bar Luna bar Protein shake apple and peanut butter unsalted pretzels/baked and red grapes cereal with almond milk i measure everything and sometimes save extra cals and/or plan for my snacking

Personally I would get a HRM, I love my polar ft7 its awesome for tracking my heart rate and cals burned during my workouts

flexible dieting is amazzzzing.....random goodies here and there and USUALLY fit in my macros and cals....i slack up a bit more on the weekend but also do more cardio so it works out....ive recently become obsessed with frozen yogurt with all the goodies on top :-) and cornbread lol

marinade them in bbq sauce mixed with water to get a good marinade then bake or grill....we have this once a week here recently....yum
