my partner is similar he eats unhealthy and does NOT gain weight if anything gains muscle and lots of it....we have issues here and there BUT he knows now how serious i am and how much it sucks to see him eating those things especially when he offers...WILL POWER is your best friend....JUST SAY NO

in order to get an accurate calories burned during your exercise whether it be dvd, run, gym, etc id recommend getting a heart rate monitor that counts calories burned as well. the polar ft4 or ft7 are the best in my opinion as ive owned both and currently use and love the ft7

I'm not really a big drinker BUT when I would drink I would drink a lot and it does have a lot of empty cals and carbs, even some fats and a ton of sugar for some. I stopped drinking for like 6-8mos and noticed a huge change in my body for the better. I stopped drinking about 4wks ago again and am also seeing less bloating…

I either do plain oatmeal with fresh strawberries and a bit of vanilla greek yogurt OR I do plain oatmeal with a little light butter and sugar free syrup....both super good

I used to wake up at 445 a few years back....I slacked off....but last week I started again....I am waking up at 445am and doing Asylum at home then work from 745 til 3 and hit the gym for weights.....it's really something youve just got to do....mind over matter!!!

buy in bulk and cook ahead of time....portion control will most likely help you save money as well....realizing what a portion is versus just loading up your plate....at least for myself and my family also there is no reason to my name brand food items in my opinion....i buy alot of walmart brand stuff and have no problem…
