This is what I try to tell myself... I didn't gain this weight over night,,,, so It's gonna have to come off slowly... My heaviest weight was about 305..... (yikes) I lost almost 60 lbs a couple of years ago.... about 20 creeped back.... I started MFP 30 days ago!!! Love it!! Have lost 10 lbs so far... and I am doing it…
