I had the same problem...to much fruit, and carbs even though I was sticking to my points. The days I used some of my weekly 49 I was having WAY to many calories. I was still losing, but I think this will help me lose better.

I still use corn tortillas...I just dont fry them. I use Pam for a taco, and steam them in the microwave for enchiladas. I also use the extra lean ground beef part of the time. I makes it feel more like a taco lol

I fight my afternoon sleepiness with a coke hahahaha. Then while my babies are napping I make myself do something physical, like clean the house. Once I get moving it usually stops the want for sleep.

I am on weight watchers too. I keep track of my points in my ww diary, as well as log all my food in here...I wanted to see how my calories actually stacked up because with the new points plus program we get "free" foods. I like the idea of the online support here, and its free...so thats a plus lol.
