Hey there! I have a 16 month old that I've gotten down 40 pounds from since, but I'm trying to lean up another 25. I'll add you and anyone else can feel free to add me as well !!

Hey there! I'm also a breastfeeding mama of a 9 month old. I was hesitant to cut out too many calories from the start, and I've basically had no progress once I got back to before baby weight (which is still overweight). I still have 25-30 pounds to lose. My baby is eating more solids now and cutting down on milk, so I…

Hey Angela!! I'm 9 months postpartum. I gained 35 pounds with baby, and have been in the gym since about 1 month after baby was born. I have also been breastfeeding, so that's really making it hard to lose the last 10 pounds!! My baby is eating more solid food now so I'm able to restrict calories more without worrying…

Hey there! I have a 9 month old and I get it. It's so hard being a working mom and partner. But I'm sorry, you guys do need to sit down and talk about this!!! Maybe lay out a schedule so he knows what you expect and when. I couldn't do what I do without my hubby, as most of our workouts are together or me going at night…

I would love to add you! Anyone else feel free to add me :) 258 day streak thanks to this awesome MFP community!!

Thank you!! Congrats on your engagement :) I'll add you!

Couple reasons why you could be bloated: you ate more salt that normal, you didn't drink enough water the day before (at LEAST two liters a day), you drank alcohol and your body retains water, or your body is still evening out from the days you didn't work out. I recommend weighing once a week, in the morning, after you go…

What she said! You are doing your body a disservice by relying on a machine to do the squat for you.

Hey there! I'll add you! I lost 35 post pregnancy, and have another 30 I would like to lose :) I would love to support each other in this journey!

Hey Moss! Nice to meet you. I had a baby 8 weeks ago and have lost 30 out of the 40 pounds I gained while pregnant. My goal is to lose an additional 30 off my pre-pregnancy weight. Feel free to add me :) anyone else can as well!!

Omg you guys are making me hungry!!

I think a lot of weight loss is determining what works for you and your lifestyle. Making sure you get enough water, not eating too much salt, lots of fiber(for those good BM's!), playing with macronutrients (like lowering fat, increasing protein/carbs) are all things I've had to do to get the weight falling off. And…

New mom here! I would love an add from anyone here

Nice! Happy birthday to her  that's awesome! Glad it's all working well for you!!
-
Love it! That's basically my plan of attack right now. Not concerned with how much I'm eating but the quality of food. I'll add you

Wow congrats on the weight loss and strength building. I do my sets basically the same as you. If my form was shoddy or I didn't get as many reps in at my max, I'll repeat a few sets, but for the most part I've seen growth focusing on the max sets being 2-3 reps each. I can't say I'm an expert by any means yet, and it's…

There's a setting when you log in your diary under exercises: cardio: strength training. It should calculate your calories burned by your specific body weight. I know it's probably not the most exact, but still helpful!

Very nice! Feel free to add me I update MFP daily, and check it constantly for my macros. Competing is scary for me because I have no idea what to expect, or where I will be at, but it's nice to hear about others who work hard and are successful. Good motivation!

That's really awesome hearing you've had success losing weight and gaining strength. It's definitely my end goal to find a weight I can sustain but also get stronger at. I have always had a large frame, so healthy body weight for me is at 160. Keep it up!

Dude that's exactly where I'm at!!! Just moved to Arizona a month ago and found iron heaven at this gym. I've already met a lot of the girls there so maybe I already know her! But feel free to friend me and have her as well!

I joined a powerlifting gym and my membership includes diet consultation. My diet pre lifting was at 1500 a day and if I worked out I ate more but still maintained a deficit. I wasn't able to really max out the entire time I was on this diet plan. A week ago, they changed my macros completely so I now eat 240g of carbs,…

Good to know! Mind if I add you? I still have yet to figure out my desired weight class and when I want to compete. Just joined a powerlifting gym and am seeing my potential there. I'm at 87 kg right now but want to cut lower
