I'm in Australia so we use KGs generally....I was 59.6kgs today - which converts to 131.4pds. So about a .88pd loss in just over a week.

I most definitely eat a lot less carbs these days. Cut out lollies (sweets) mainly too and replace with choc protein bars etc.
