my goal for december is to hopefully loose 4-5 pounds and after finishing my exams (last exam is on dec.19) is to exercise 2 hours a day (since i'll be on break and free from school! :D)

personally i've started to eat better, more fruits and veggies and i stopped eating rice which i used to eat every day for dinner! also anything processed, i think twice about eating. just one more day till i'm done this level .. will be done day 10 after an hour!

Today will be my last day of level 1! i'm excited but also nervous to move on to level 2 tommorw. definitely see a difference in endurance from day 1.
