You have to eat the right foods. White bread and cakes are not my friends, but I love sweetcorn, spinach, tuna, fruits :) Just eat healthy foods.

You could make a healthy lasagna with loads of vegetables without cheese :) And you could bring parmesan that people can put on top of their lasagna if they want to.

I used to have that pain when I was riding my old bike but it never happened on my mothers bike, even if i was cycling for 2 hours. Maybe buy a different seat?

I try to eat normal portiones of food with low kalories and also food that will keep you full for a long time, like porridge or rice. No fast food :)

Sometdays when I'm really happy with my weight I allow myself 2 chocolate bars and when I reach my 60kg I'll buy Nike Pro Shorts :D

I don't eat my exercise calories back.. I eat my daily calories and then I exercise. :/
