it is true that protein fills you up more then any other macro. And fat is the most callorie dense macro.

Yes it will get easier, because you often go back to foods you prefer. Then it becomes easier to plan ahead. Just make sure you weigh everything and that you are totaly honest with yourself.

It is up to you. But make sure you are consistent when it comes to picking you weigh moment. I prefer to weigh every morning after my bathroom break the moment i wake up. And i log it in my app.

Try to not look so much at the number on the scale. It takes time for you and your body to find the sweet spot were you maintain. Heavy lifting also helps with achieving a fit body while beeing in the healthy weight catagorie. By the way you look great, so no need to feel depressed about you body.

Just eat food that most likely make you stick to your plan. And also don't go to fast with gaining weight take it slow and steady.

Whey protein shakes, fish, Quark/cottage cheese, some milk and yoghurts are high in protein and low in fat. Or soy if you can handle it.

Toning comes when you have low amount of bodyfat.

TDEE allready has your activity calculated in it. TDEE is the amount calories your body burns in a 24 hour period, sleeping, working, exercising, playing and even digesting food. So you don't eat them back.

I would prefer armor over weapons. I can use anything as a weapon, but not as armor. I would go for full armor made of The teeth of the limpet species (it's harder than Kevlar) so it doesn't matter if they bite or scratch me. And if they overrun me i just lay still for the day and sleep, they will get bored and move on…

hey man amazing progress. Trying to lean bulk now and hopefully will look the same as you do in your last picture after a year of lean bulking. I am eating 2800 cals a day at the moment.
