Yeah, I understand how hard it is to lose weight on a desk job.. but I found that it is good to do some cardio before work to jump start your metabolism... stretch legs, stretch arms.. I workout twice a day and it definitely helped... GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!! GOOD LUCK IN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS!
