This is actually very truthful. However, looks only get you so far. A lot of the time though, a bad body can hide the true natural beauty that a person has on the outside, but the real beauty is what is on the inside.

GOOD ONE RIGHT HERE!!! Tired of women saying that they are looking for a good one and I've been running amuck looking for the good girls! Starting to get ridiculous if you ask me.

I tell my kids to eat until they aren't hungry anymore. If you tell them to eat until they are full, that's what they do. If they eat until they aren't hungry anymore they will catch on to the "live life in balance", which most kids aren't learning now-a-days.

^ This And I don't control myself when I get it. Call me what you will, but I just need the total control, or none at all, its pathetic.

I hate being single. But I don't want to end up with someone like that last chick I married. I'd prefer to take my time and find the right person.

I have the same problem brother. I track constantly. Track your sodium levels and keep them the same everyday. The more sodium you have one day compared to another, the more your weight will fluctuate while you are losing weight. Another thing is that your body will retain if you are sore from a workout and what not. Your…

I tend to come and go to MFP, everytime i come back i lose a little more and then i fall off the bandwagon for awhile but the lessons learned from MFP make it easy to maintain. I have lost every one of my 50lbs with MFP, but knowing what I should eat in one day to maintain has helped me keep it off. So, i'd say that it is…

I used to when I was married. The problem was trying to make sure to reassure that it wasn't just something you said and that you meant it.

I started spring of last year. It is an amazing thing, running that is. I have had a couple overuse injuries so far, I'm training too hard too fast. I've also learned a lot about myself and my body. Running used to be something I hated to do until I had my first 10k run with a party at the end. Now I'm addicted. I love…

1. No clue, you are putting too much thought into it. 2. No clue, you are putting too much thought into it. 3. No clue, you are putting too much thought into it. 4. No clue, you are putting too much thought into it. So, with that said, it's 1 mile. Go, listen to your body, get some music, put your music in your ears, have…

Ya, i'm stuck at 200. I have 15 to 20 lbs to go for my GW. i'm training for my marathon so I think I'll lose it, but injuries keep sidelining me. =-)

That really sucks. I hope the best for you, and if the doctor is wrong, feel free to punch him/her in the face. =-)

Make sure to stretch really well and take your time building your base mileage up. I started running competitively last year and am working on my second overuse injury because I built up my base mileage too fast. One thing I've learned is that "slow and steady wins the race" covers more than just the actual race. =-)

Agreed!

I hear you!

1. Liars... Why? Isn't the alternative more appealing? 2. Cheaters... complete waste of skin! 3. Complainers... just shut up already, if you can't control it, why spend any more energy on it than you have to? 4. My ex-wife... who would of thought someone i loved so much could be my mortal enemy. 5. Plateau's... just let me…
