I could use a few new ideas also. I need filling snack amd quick dinner ideas. I work evenings as a receptionist without a dinner break and typically have dinner around 9:00. I have lots of good recipes but too often it is too late and I am too tired to prepare them. I am also picky about what foods I am willing to reheat.

Thank you for the suggestions. I am going to try six small meals a day and vary my exercise. And yes I do measure/weigh my food. I do cook with fresh products. No cans, boxes, frozen items. The reason I am so frustrated is I was using a pay diet website before this and when I found this one for free ... well no brainer.…

Someone told me once to put things like that on a calendar. That way you if in your head your freaking out because you have something every weekend and then you can write it down and see that it is really only one meal once a week.
