Start stop start

I have problem doing well for 2-3 days then something happens (a trip, a party, a restaurant) and I undo my progress. It takes 3 days to get back on track and it happens again. Advice?

    I have the same problem or seems like we have so much going on. I have realized to just plan, plan, plan.... Try to plan out as much as you can and always have healthy snacks with you everywhere!
  • Someone told me once to put things like that on a calendar. That way you if in your head your freaking out because you have something every weekend and then you can write it down and see that it is really only one meal once a week.

    I try and prepare for the days out I am going on or eating out, It isn't a bad thing having a slip for a day in my opinion.

    Try and look for a lighter option on the menu, but if your going to be bad then do it and just tell yourself I'm getting back on it tomorrow.

    It is easier said than done sometimes but i fine MFP a help for loggin food etc. If I know I am having a bad meal I will try and watch what I eat before the bad one. Then personally i try and work it off in the gym the next day.

    But thats just me.
