A boy at McDonald's last night, about 20 years old or so, handed me my change and said, "you're very pretty by the way". So sweet! I don't know if the compliment was nicer or just that he had the guts to say it, lol. My NSV... I had to tighten my belt one more hole today!

These are all great idea! Thank you all so much for being encouraging and not demeaning. It's definitely this support I need. I love the idea of writing down why I'm doing it... I have a wall of goals in my house ( Yes, I write on the wall, lol )... I think I will add my reasons tonight : )

I thought my tailbone hurting was just a fluke! Lol! It never occured to me that it was from a smaller butt :) I was scratching my shoulder the other day and noticed I have shoulder bones :)

I realized I asked all of you, but didn't tell you what I do, Lol. I weigh almost every morning naked. I know it's a bit obsessive, but it's also holding me accountable : ) I weigh at night sometimes and it's always a couple pounds more.
