Go for a walk, write in your diary, read something interesting..drink water, listen to some music, close your eyes and dance. You'll feel glad you did rather than eat that granola bar.

I don't think ice cream will ruin anything. You shouldn't feel guilty about indulging once in a while, just don't overdo. Enjoy, love!!!
