Depending on what video you are doing you can post under cardio, aerobics, stuff like that. If you are doing the Total Body Circuit try posting under circuit training. Obviously a HRM is going to be more accurate but that should get you by! :D I'm on T25- Beta round. How are you liking it so far?

Best way to log P90X is to use a heart rate monitor and then create and exercise and log the actual calories that you burned! Only way to get an accurate amount of calories burned! :D

Check Kohls for sales and coupons on Nike stuff, also sometimes Ross has Nike on sale. Sports Authority always has a clearance rack that I always check. Just bought two Nike dry-fit sports bras there for 15$ each.

Wow, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Beach Body to you. They have some great at home fitness programs such as T25- which only takes 25 minutes and they're most popular P90X!

HI! Are you using a heart rate monitor? That is the most accurate way to know what you are burning, then you can create your own exercise and know exactly what you burned! ;D

P90X has plyo with is jumping but you can replace it with another cardio option they give you. Have you heard of P90X?

I would say T25- only 25 minutes long, killer workout!
