Need help logging my exercise

Started the Focus t25 workout videos yesterday. I'm not sure how I should log it in my exercise diary and unfortunately I don't have a HRM. Any suggestions?

  • Depending on what video you are doing you can post under cardio, aerobics, stuff like that. If you are doing the Total Body Circuit try posting under circuit training. Obviously a HRM is going to be more accurate but that should get you by! :D I'm on T25- Beta round. How are you liking it so far?
