My coffee is at 7.30 when i get home from gym and then a snack around 10-10.30. I have tried to have breakfast just hard trying to fit it in.

My BMR is 1396 x 1.55 = 2163 This seems very high do i minus 20%? = 1731 still seems very high.

Hello, i'm not sure how tall you are but we have a similar weight loss goal. I have upped my calories to 1600, i exercise 5 times a week on average but will not be eating back my calories unless my net calories fall below my BMR. I am 5'2. You are welcome to look at my diary.

I set my own, i have been playing around with it a bit. Today i have set it at a higher rate and wont be eating back any exercise calories. I will try this for a month and see how it goes :)

I normally put them in soup.

I dont count the normal straightening up etc through the week, but i do count my once a week good clean on the weekends. I put on my HRM and its normally a good couple of hours.

I love the fitness classes at my gym, they are small classes and the instructer can concentrate more on each person. I wear my HRM and the reading is never the same because it depends on the intesity you are working out on that particular day.

Hommus and vegetable sticks are always are good things to munch on, or a big bowl of steam vegies with lemon juice. Plain popcorn is also good.
