I love the lemon pepper flavour with steamed zucchinni and Quinoa cooked with moroccan seasoning.

I cooked some last week. I put it in my rice cooker with water and some Moroccan seasoning , it was really nice. I had it for lunch with steamed zucchini and lemon pepper flavoured tuna.

I turned 40 in June. I was not looking forward to it at all but its not as bad as i thought. I'm doing more now then i ever did in my 20's and 30's. If your really hungry have a piece of fruit or something light. Dont go hungry. Take it one day at a time and eventually you will work out what works for you. Maybe you need to give yourself more calories a day and try to get in some exercise even if its just a walk around the block.

I am at the gym at 6am. I have a coffee when I get home while I'm getting ready for work and then I take a protein shake to work with me. It consists of protein powder, coffee, skinny milk, flax seed, fat free Greek yogurt and ice. That keeps me full until morning tea which is normally a piece of fruit and green tea.

My diary is open and i log every day. I'm happy for anyone who is eating over 1200 to add me and if you also have an open diary and participate in the news feed. I am set at 1600 cal.

5'2 39yo Mum of 2 CW 143 GW 120ish 1630cal a day No i dont eatback exercise calories i have calculated this into my goal. I exercise for one hour 5 days a week in the A.M (circuit, bodytone, boxing, cycling and walking)

My shopping is more expensive now. I find that buying the leaner cuts of meat, a lot more fruit, veggies and nuts costs a lot more then when i was buying prepackaged and cheaper cuts of meat. I never really ate out or brought takeaway. This is compared to my weekly shopping trip, maybe $50-$100 more now. It is worth it…

I love to eat breakfast. I just prefer to eat it when i can relax and enjoy rather than just scoffing it down to get calories in. I need to be better at my time management in the mornings :)
