Congratulations I have lost 6 pounds this past month, I started my running program last week and my strength training program this week So I cam excited to see how well this plays out in the weeks and months to come I just don't want to hit a plateau.

Still a freshman here, I started the program on Monday and looking forward to doing week two, My goals after it is done is to increase my distance to run 10 miles but I know that will take some time to complete. Maybe even do a marathon run.

I have a one liter water bottle I carry to work with me I make a habit of drinking two of them before lunch and two after, My only problem is I forget to take it home with me so I don't drink enough water while I am at home.

Your body will find a use for the protein from building new muscle to growing hair. I am always over on my protein, It is either to be over on protein or under on calories I would rather have that protein to build lean muscle.

I had about 4 liters of water so whatever that amounts too in ounces, Had two salads one for lunch and one for dinner plus peas. I also had an orange, an apple, a banana and a fruit smoothie with a banana and mixed berries.

I did a mile and a half this morning just alternated between blocks i don't have a watch so I couldn't time but i figure you should be able to walk the distance of a block about 90 secs and run it 60 secs. My boss is going to give me a weight bench so I will start lifting next week as well.

i went from eating fast food at breakfast lunch and dinner since i have switched i have noticed i am less hungry when i incorporate some carbs into each meal
