Trying to get back on track
After a few months of falling off track, I think I am ready to start up again. The first go around I lost 17 pounds but gained 10 of those back. I am going to start this week eating right and next week kick in my exercise program.

fell off
Since I hurt my foot on Friday I have completely fell off my program, I have not been drinking water have not been eating right. It hurts to stand, so it is just easier to grab fast food instead of cooking, I am hoping my foot is better by the end of the week before all the hard work I have put in so far goes to waste.

6 pounds
I weighed myself today and I have went down 6 pounds in a week, What I am wondering is how much should I expect this to be from water weight and how much from actually fat loss, I am getting close to my daily calorie intake and I exercise everyday. I am afraid of losing too much weight in such a quick time.

Quitting Smoking
Changing my lifestyle from non healthy eating to healthy eating was relatively simple compared to kicking the smoking habit. It seams like I am smoking more now, cause instead of snacking I grab a smoke, but I am afraid if I do quit smoking then I will increase my snacking anybody have any advice.

How accurate are dial scales. I weighed myself the other day and I was at 212 I weighed myself again tonight and it was like 205 I know my weight is going to vary day to day but 6 pounds.

Finally got of the couch and ran
I woke up this morning got dressed and started the couch to 5k program. Thank you Lee for telling me about it. I jogged/walked for a little under a mile about 20 minutes of walking and 10 of jogging I feel really good and if I can keep up with my meal intake for today I will be good.
