Maybe someone could shed some light. I eat four servings of fruit a day, My vegetable intake is a little low but trying to incorporate more, My typical breakfast consists of half a whole wheat english muffin, oatmeal, eggbeaters, and a glass of milk. I follow portion sizes my lunch consists of a sandwhich on whole wheat and sliced chicken breast and dinner is either rice, potatoes, or whole grain pasta with meat and veggies. so is my carb intake too high.

if you're not seeing a loss or feel like you crave sugar/more bread...then yea, cut it down. But if you're fine, i wouldnt worry about it. Cutting it from dinner a few nites a week is easier than you would think and might make you lose a ittle more.0

From what i have learnt watching the Biggest Loser is that you gotta have a balance of protein, carbs and fat. Can't have a diet without the combination.
Use the food charter to calculate the recommended amounts to guide you. Some days, I do surpass the fat or carb or protein intake, but if you do, make sure you make some adjustments to reduce it the next day. It's not a complete science, more of a trial and error, until you can get it right0 -
