Welcome aboard.
My husband has type 2 diabetes and lives well with changes to the diet. Change in diet includes learning to say goodbye to the sodas and fast food lunches. Water becomes your friend and try to take a lunch and snacks with you.
Good luck and everyone here is with you.0 -
I have been doing well if i do go get some fast food its with ice tea, a chicken sandwich with a side salad but for the most part I have been eating in I snack on fruit three times a day. I have switched from real eggs to egg beaters, I am measuring everything doing exact portion sizes, but there are still times when I feel hungry or at times my blood sugar drops and I feel weak I instantly grab a candy bar since they are readily available at my work.0
