I used to have a Mens Health subscription while I was in the army although I never did any of the workouts. The articles were good and they always had cool guy gadgets.

I have Sundays as my rest day and I run Mon, Wed, and Friday. They say day three is the hardest. But so far so good. Its going to feel great when I can breathe normally again, and be able to run without gasping for air.

I have been so tempted today I just hid my keys to prevent me from going anywhere. Tomorrow though I have to work, so I hope that I will be able to make it through the day without smoking everybody that I work with smokes so this will be a challenge.

Yea Just imagine if you save up that money that you normally would have spent for like a year or year and a half that would be one hell of a shopping spree and totally worth it for changing two of the hardest habits to change.

The only bad thing with buying an outfit is losing weight, but you may take that amount and save it all up and when you get to your goal weight you could go on a shopping spree.

how ever much a pack of smokes is in your area just add it up at the end of the month then reward yourself with something say a new outfit or something like that.

One thing that may help is to get a jar and write on a slip the amount of the pack of ciggerattes then at the end of the month add all of it up

Omg I hate grapefruit. and I thought I had picked up some oranges well I did not pay attention to the size although I thought they looked a little big, so now I have a bag of grapefruit. I will try to find a use for them lol

I wish you could actually see all of the food groups you have ate during the day with the servings plus the complete nutritional values of all the good you did eat during that day. Other than that its a great site and I love it. I could not be where I am at now without it.

Don't beat yourself up over it, and certainly do not try to push yourself too hard either by getting back into it, you may burn yourself out even more if you are still under a lot of stress, I would get back into just eating right first and once you get back into that habit then slowly work a workout program into it.…
