I was 20 when I had my first but now a days it varies there is some having kids at 13 and some having them in their 50's so all it depends on if it accidently happened or if it was planned cuz I can honestly say that I didn't plan on having any until I was in my 30's but it didn't happen that way lol

Wel i put MIO in my water and it has no calories or anything and I count that as part of my water intake it helps me not drink my calories

So the fitbit does nothing for cardio does anyone know what HRM is good for cardio and calculating calories

There are alot of wokout on youtube every one is doing jillian michaels and there is a channel called BeFit they have alot of workouts on there so i would recommend jillian and denise austin she has some good cardio workouts
