Chicken or turkey what ever you want with cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup and any veggie you want in it and some red potatoes love it an all in one meal lol

About to do day ten I am going to do level one and two until the 13 and then on the 15 continue only with level 2.....keep pushing everyone only 20 more days to go... So glad we all made it this far

The only way you will get better results is if you up your intensity so give it your all the second go.....but she made the slim series for a follow up program and its very cheap on Amazon if you are thinking about getting it

Day 6 done hear and I also feel like the time fly's by so much faster the only hard part to me still is the arms when we are doing the side squat I have been using 5 pd dumbbells since day one even though I can do more reps with the weights it still burns but I'm pushing through and I actually do the push ups and the squat…

I have been using 5 pound weights since day one and I have been doing the non modified version since yesterday and that made a big difference so I will be going on for the next 4 days

You should try the 30 day shred with a lot of us on here its by Jillian Michael's and its on YouTube. Google and YouTube other people's results I think you will be satisfied.
