  • It's so awesome to see people hitting their mini-goals and milestones! Excellent job everyone! I don't think I'll get to my goal weight by Easter, but it was such a stretch goal anyways! I'm revising my "Easter" goal to 145 lbs, which is slightly more than 2lbs per week through then. Weigh in weeks: Jan 3rd: 177.8 lbs…

  • Nesa, It sounds like you are plateauing and its not fun to. This last week or so my loss has really slowed down and is plateauing. I regularly remind myself that there is no magic to losing weight - its pure math. Burn more calories than you eat and you WILL lose weight. Sometimes your body just doesn't want to let go of…

I'm on business travel this week so I am waiting until I get home to weigh in. It's REALLY hard but doable to stay within…

  • It's always disappointing to not see zero loss. The bright side is that you didn't gain either. If you met your calorie and exercise goals (it sounded like you exceeded them!) then it is very likely just your body fluids fluctuating. When that happens I try to focus on the things I've done right and know that the lbs will…
  • I joined just a couple weeks ago too...I'll add you too!
  • Hi! I'm 28 with two kids (2 year old & 9 month old). I am working on losing 30+ lbs too.
  • I include all my drinks too, including water. Some days can be so busy that I don't drink as much water during the day. Usually those days I also feel hungrier too. Seeing that I didn't drink much water encourages me to have a glass or two before eating dinner and takes the edge of the "hungry" feeling.
