My husband and I tried for 5 years to conceive and never could. All tests showed no problem with either of us. My Dr. recommended I try to lose a little weight. I lost 50 lbs and got pregnant. Our Son is now 21 and I thank God for him everyday. I wish you the best.

I have been losing for 21 momths. I have lost about 70 inches and gone from a 26-28W down to a 14-16 misses. I have also gotten off of all meds except. synthroid and my feet don't swell up anymore. I agree with the others...Either eat a whole lot more than you are eating or exercise a whole lot less. Usually 1 hr is plenty and for some only 30 to 45 minutes is enough.

Are you eating a lot of protein with very little carbs. When I did this I was backed up for days. Try more fiber and drink prune juice
