I have heard that you need to eat within 1 to 1 and 1/2 hrs of getting up and it needs to be at least 200 calories for it to count as breakfast. I do lose better when I eat breakfast also.

I am glad you had a good report at the DR. I know some times we need to look at the overall picture to see improvements. People think exercising is easy but man they havent tried it, thats for sure.

I do mine in publisher putting them side by side and save them as a JPEG so that I can keep them together as one picture. Also, this way you can add text such as pounds.

I was also set to lose 2 pounds a week and only eat 1240. But like you, I stayed hungry all the time. Probably because I was exercising so much I needed more. I changed mine to 1 and 1/2 and it upped my calories to 1520. But I usually stay between 1350 and 1450. I am not hungry much anymore (except around my monthly time)…

You should take some benedryl right away, just in case you have gotten into something you wasnt aware of. You should go to a Dr immediately because of your trouble breathing.

I gained 6 pounds in 2 days about 2 months ago. I totally freaked out when I saw the scale. But after the 4th day I lost 3 of it and on the 5th day I was back down to normal, plus the 6th day I had lost 3 more. Dont panic just continue on doing all the right things and it will take care of it self.

Yes, This is a cool site. The answer to this question is debatable. Many would say eat the 1500, that you need to net 1200. I personally think this depends on the person. I have seen some people gain when they eat their exercise calories back. Try it both ways and see what works best for you.

Occasionally I do DVDS but I mostly walk and I have been losing. Some weeks I lose from 2 to 4 pounds and some weeks just a little over 1 pound but I dont care how long it takes I will lose this weight. Even if I have to walk every day. LOL
